In honour of our IV anniversary this Saturday 7 June, we’re powering up for a day of revelry and celebration to thank you, our Members, for four unforgettable years of living life to the fullest 55 floors above it all! Join us as we reveal one or two (or ... ten?) surprises across the Club throughout the day, from noon until the early hours.

For our IV anniversary, we're dialling things up a notch in the Bar & Lounge. So whether you join us for a leisurely breakfast on the Terrace to kickstart our birthday weekend (we're manifesting blue skies to go with that freshly roasted espresso), or if you'd rather settle in for unmatched sundowners from late afternoon (accompanied by the very best tracks from our al fresco DJ), we'll be bringing that celebratory energy alongside our customary generous pours... plus a few extra surprises, naturally.

Arrive early to snag your seat – remember, there are no reservations in the Bar & Lounge – and get ready for a day (and night) of revelry.

Indulge in Our Bountiful Brunch

The Brasserie 12–3pm

Executive Chef Daisuke has conjured up a mouthwatering daytime feast to celebrate our big day.

Invite friends and family to share in our fabulous brunch, as we get set to blow out the candles on our cake. From delicious sharing appetisers to a host of flavour-packed main dishes, there's plenty to love on this one-day-only menu. And a free-flow drinks package to add to the spirit of celebration, of course.

The Brasserie 7–10pm

An irresistible evening feast awaits in the Brasserie for our IV anniversary, curated by Executive Chef Daisuke.

To start? A trio of delicacies awaits, with pearly caviar, fresh uni and akami & toro tuna. Then, onto juicy butter-soft scallops, before the citrus-splashed lemon risotto, lobster vol-au-vent and beyond. There's plenty to explore on this bespoke one-night-only menu, and we hope you'll join us to savour it all. Alongside a sensational five glass wine pairing, naturally.

Sizzling Supper Club Dining Awaits

Café Carlyle from 7pm

Upstairs on 56/F, the pinnacle dining experience is ready to welcome you through the red velvet curtains of Café Carlyle.

Alongside our newly launched a la carte menu (a shortened version of which is available for the evening), Executive Chef Daisuke and his passionate culinary team have curated a beautiful five-course set menu of tantalising dishes, from a rich duo of uni and crab to an elegant French duck breast with seasonal girolles and classic persillade. Not forgetting, of course, the optional three-hour free-flow menu, because we believe that all the best celebrations come with a side of Bollinger.
