Your Chinese New Year Experiences

Hop into the Year of the Rabbit at Carlyle & Co., where you can savour a decadent Chinese dinner with family in The Apartment, or play raucous rounds of mahjong with friends in the Games Room. And, if you're hosting at home, Chef Lok's prosperous poon choi makes the perfect addition to any Chinese New Year gathering. Kung hei fat choy!

A Celebratory Feast in The Apartment

Invite your nearest and dearest to welcome the new year with an impeccably curated celebration on Carlyle & Co.'s 56th floor. High above Victoria Harbour, dine on a bespoke Chinese menu and toast the Year of the Rabbit with your choice of free-flow drinks package. Festive extras, such as canap├ęs in the Living Room and mahjong in the Games Room, will ensure the fun continues.

Mahjong in the Games Room

Gather around our traditional mahjong table for a day of revelry in the Games Room. With Cantonese and Taiwanese tiles available, you and three guests can play to your heart's content as you savour a carefully crafted lunch menu (Chinese or Western options available, naturally), an afternoon snack platter and free-flow refreshments. Looking to extend your winning streak? The full-day experience, which also includes a superb dinner, will see you play until 10pm.

Poon Choi at Home

With braised 8 head South African abalone, wok-fried tiger prawns, braised fish maw and more, Chef Lok's prosperous poon choi makes for the perfect addition to your at-home Chinese New Year feast. Place your order at least three days in advance and swing by the Club to collect your delicious delicacy, which feeds up to six.

A New 'Do for the New Year

Get a fresh look ahead of Chinese New Year (and preserve your prosperity) with a visit to the gents at the Barber. Whether you're after a simple trim or you're going for a whole new style, Members will receive 20% off cuts from Wednesday 11 January until Saturday 21 January. Reservations are encouraged, so chop chop!
