What's a brand-new year without the scintillating sight of new-year fireworks? Join us in the Brasserie or Café Carlyle for dinner and we'll guarantee a spot for you and yours on our panoramic Terrace before the pyrotechnics begin.

Pick-up from 8–22 February

With braised 5 head South African abalone, wok-fried tiger prawns, braised fish maw and more, our sell-out poon choi makes is the perfect addition to your at-home Chinese New Year feast. Place your order at least three days in advance and swing by the Club to collect your delicious delicacy, which feeds up to six.
